Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be new or slightly used, with all original components and packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Once your RMA is issued:

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase
  • Ship the item using the provided return instructions

βœ… A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval


Restocking Fee

A 50% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

This may apply if:

  • Components are missing or replaced
  • Product is found non-defective after a DOA claim
  • RMA is requested beyond the allowed period (special approvals only)
  • Packaging is damaged or tampered

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
  • Exchanges are available
  • Contact us to arrange return or replacement

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after receipt
  • You will be notified via email once completed

Replacement Conditions

Returns may be declined if:

  • The returned item does not match RMA details
  • The product shows physical damage or tampering
